MISSION STATEMENT:

It is our mission to provide an environment that fosters the moral and ethical character of the kids participating in our program while providing an environment that encourages and nurtures their potential for success both on and off the playing field.

The foundation of our philosophy is centered on our desire to continually build upon the program that is Sutter Junior Husky football. One of the key goals of this program is to instill life-long attributes that will enable our kids to achieve success throughout their lives.

We, along with the Coaching Staffs and Team Moms, strive to emphasize teamwork, sportsmanship, education, family, work ethic, dedication, and discipline. Some of the goals we emphasize with each of our coaching staff is to help our kids develop an unconditional love for competition and teach them that there can be no substitute for hard work and sacrifice.

Our kids will understand that preparation, goal setting, risk taking, believing in themselves, and persevering are essential in their quest for success. We believe that success is a way of thinking and a way of living.

We will strive to enhance the Sutter Junior Husky Football Program so that it will continue to be known for the quality teams and individuals it produces.
